Vulnerable children & orphan support project:  |
The sole purpose of our organization is giving help. Under the vulnerable children project, we assist orphaned and vulnerable children in two ways: resident and non-resident. The resident children live on the grounds and sleep in homes provided by the ministry, we are the sole caregivers for the resident children and provide them with all their food, educational support, clothing and healthcare. The non-resident children live with their relatives back at their own homes and only come to the ministry grounds for school fees and health care. The picture seen is a photo shot of some of the children we look after in their class with their relatives witnessing the incredible work that God has enabled us to do in thier lives. |
Livestock project:  Farming project: |
ACM also has a project of livestock that brings in food for the children and a source of income to cover such needs as school and medical fees. Under the livestock project, we raise pigs, chickens,goats and cows. The pigs are bred and the piglets sold to local merchants and other pig farms. The chicken produce eggs both for consumption at the ministry and sale in local markets. Once our cows have matured, their milk will provide a valuable source of calcium to the children's diet, and the surplus milk will be sold in local markets to generate income. This project is a crucial part of our minsitry since it enables us to generate income from within. |
